The Alpha Sheath is designed with a rounded tip and two lateral exit holes. This rounded tip offers three main advantages over the conventional tip on other insemination sheats:

• It allows better localisation by recto-vaginal palpation
• The bulbous head allows easier progression in KI with curved or twisted cervixes (heifers, beef cows, etc.).
• Finally, it is less traumatic to the vaginal, cervical and endometrial membranes.
