Caution! HCP Generator is a two component product. Always use HCP Generator in combination with HCP Omni 24/24 or HCP Shield 24/24, to prepare a ready-to-use teat dip solution. This ready-to-use solution is intended for use in dairy cattle for the inactivation of micro-organisms on the teats.

 

The properties and power of chlorine dioxide

Chlorine dioxide owes its popularity to the highly effective way of killing harmful micro-organisms. Chlorine dioxide is increasingly used in livestock farming. Chlorine dioxide remains effective for a long time even with organic loads.

 

Application and use

The solution is obtained by mixing 19 L HCP Omni 24/24 or 19 L HCP Shield 24/24 with 1 L HCP Generator. After mixing, the product is ready for use after 24 hours. It is then effective for 24 days. The solution is ideal to use as a spray and with a foam dip cup. The activated chlorine dioxide kills the harmful bacteria in a very effective way. Spray or dip each teat up to ¾ of its length with a clean sprayer or foam dip cup.

Tips

• Use biocides safely. Read the label and product information before use
• This product is classified in the closed circuit in Belgium
• Do not forget to order the HCP Omni 24/24 19 L or the HCP Shield 24/24 19 L with it
• Never put used solution of HCP Generator and HCP Omni 24/24 or HCP Shield 24/24 back in the original packaging. If the dip cup head is dirty, rinse it with water after each milking.
